BUFFER: 0.05M phosphate buffer containing 0.15M NaCl, pH 7.5, 0.09% sodium azide added as preservative. Sterile filtered through a 0.2uM membrane.

CONTAMINANTS: None detected by SDS-PAGE analysis. One band shown corresponding to PSA molecular weight of 30kD.

BIOHAZARD: Starting material tested at the donor level and found to be negative for anti-HCV, anti-HIV 1&2 and HBsAg by FDA approved assays.

STORAGE: Store at 2-8 ^oC
